Michele and I go way back — we were in the same East Grand Rapids high school class. Like Michele, I grew up in East Grand Rapids, now live in Forest Hills and love my dogs (boxers), Cody and Casey (who now lives with my son in Tucson, Arizona). In October of 2001 Michele asked me to come into the office to do some troubleshooting for her. Little did I know that by helping out a high school classmate I would end up a permanent member of this successful and talented team, staying on as Office Manager/Licensed Assistant/REALTOR® for the group. I describe myself as a “generalist in the day of specialization” – I know how to dig in and get things done and am not afraid of hard work. Before tuning to real estate office management, I was the Office Manager at Warner, Norcross & Judd, one of the largest law firms in Grand Rapids, for many years, and bring that discipline/expertise with me – I strive to keep track of everyone and everything in our office.
